The agreement was signed by Prof. Fahar Hayati, Dean of the College of Engineering at AUST and Prof. El Montaser Bensaid, Director of the National School of Architecture.

The two parties agreed to foster their scientific relationships in the discipline of architectural engineering through the implementation of various joint cooperation programs including the exchange of undergraduate and graduate students, the planning of joint or comparative programs and workshops, the exchange of research professors, trainers, examiners and experts, the participation of professors in joint defense committees, the promotion of collaborative project supervision, as well as documentation and research exchange.
