Study load of new students
Admitted students that are holders of 500 TOEFL score or its equivalent, will be allowed to register between 9 credit hours and 18 credit hours from their study plan.
Admitted students that hold a TOEFL score between 480 and 499, will be allowed to register up to 9 credit hours from their study plan subject to registration in the advanced level of the Intensive English program ( 9 hours per week) which is offered by the Faculty of University Requirements and Academic Advising
Admitted students that hold a TOEFL score between 450 and 479, will be allowed to register up to 6 credit hours from their study plan subject to registration in the intermediate level of the Intensive English program ( 15 hours per week) which is offered by the Faculty of University Requirements and Academic Advising
Academic Faculties will keep the seat of applicants that were given an initial admission but hold a TOEFL score less than 450 subject to:
- their registration in the Intensive English Program ( 15 hours per week) which is offered by the Testing Center & Continuing Education
- they obtain at least a score of 450 in TOEFL exam at the end of the first semester of their studies
