Ajman University Celebrates 44th UAE National Amidst Traditional Fanfare
His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and His Highness Sheikh Rashid Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman, Ajman Municipality and Planning Department graced the 44th UAE National Day celebrations at Ajman University of Science and Technology. They were received on campus by the sons of the UAE Martyr in the Emirates of Ajman along with dignitaries and all Ajman University family members that included faculty, staff and students.
The entourage toured the exhibition on display at Sheikh Zayed Centre for Conferences and Exhibition. Each College had designed their pavilion themed around the national day festivities that are rooted in traditional values. Some Colleges displayed their student’s creativity while others presented their innovative ideas; three pavilions were also present to represent the Boys Scout, Innovation Week and Heritage.
Traditional yola dance were performed on the sidelines of the exhibition along with live singing by a group of talented students who lend their voice to resonating songs of honor, valor and love for this beloved country, United Arab Emirates.
