Ajman University participated in Beach Sports & Chess Tournament

Student teams from Ajman University of Science & Technology participated at the Beach sports tournament held at Coral Beach Hotel. Ajman University teams secured the second place in basketball and the third in volleyball tournament.

Department of Students Affairs commended the efforts of the teams and students who participated and achieved the positions.

Related to sports, a chess championship was organized on campus recently. It witnessed a remarkable participation from 15 students of various Colleges at Ajman University. The finals saw student Amr Canboos, College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences secured the first position while a student from the College of Engineering Piere Jabour and from the College of Dentistry Mohammed Eid secured the second and third positions respectively.
