Ajman University Shines at the Awarding Ceremony of Sports Federation of Higher Educational Institutions

Sports federation of the Higher Educational Institutions awarded Ajman University for various sporting events during the closing ceremony of the sports activities for the academic year 2014- 2015. The ceremony was held in American University of Dubai and was attended by all the Universities and Institutions of Higher Education.

Students of the swimming team of Ajman University achieved third place in the Swimming Championship. Trophies and certificates were distributed to the winners amongst which Ajman University team secured the first position in table tennis and the second position in Table tennis singles. On the other hand, the foosball and karate teams achieved third position in the championships.

The female sports teams were awarded for securing third position in individual Chess and Swimming championships. To receive the awards the male student’s sports supervisor, Abdul Hamid Bakour and Ms. Manal AL Qatlabi, female sports supervisor attended the ceremony and represented Ajman University.
