Effective Strategies for Teaching, Reading and Writing Skills Workshop

The University Requirements and Academic Counseling College at Ajman University of Science & Technology, Fujairah Campus hosted a professional development event titled “Effective Strategies for Teaching, Reading and Writing Skills".

University strives to ensure the students benefit from the best academic knowledge and experience and in line with this aim this event was organized. It  featured 2 presentations and a workshop led by Mr. Mark Silverlock representing the British Council and Mr. Garlfar Andrews from Alain School.

 The event was attended by over 32 teachers of English and educators from Ajman University, Higher Colleges of Technology, Sharjah University and different schools in Fujairah. The event was also attended by Dr. Melanie Gobert, President of TESOL Arabia. Participants remarked that the sessions were highly interesting and interactive. At the end of the event, President of TESOL Arabia was awarded by Ajman University– Fujairah Campus for her noble contribution.
