“Three Facets of a Woman” Workshop at Ajman University

The Career Counseling Center at Ajman University of Science & Technology organized a workshop under the title: “Three Key Facets for a Successful Woman; the wife, mother, and employee. 30 graduates and students from Ajman University of Science and Technology attended the workshop that was administered by Amal Ismail – Writer, Translator, and Certified Trainer at the Arab and International Academy for Training and Human Resource Development.

The workshop covering the skills of maintaining balance, organization and positivity was delivered in a motivational atmosphere incorporating theoretical information and practical applications. The trainer, exploiting the material in hand and her expertise, tackled obstacles women encounter as they assume the abovementioned three roles and presented practical solutions applicable in daily life for optimal benefit.

The participants’ feedback on the workshop was one of gratitude, as beneficial skills were handled in an enjoyable and vital manner. Trainees were resolute to apply what they had learnt to change for the betterment their life style.

Commenting on the event, Professor Ahmed Ankit – Assistant to the President for External relations, acknowledged the arduous role assigned to women in being a wife, a mother and a worker; on one hand representing half of the society and on the other raising the other half.
