Lecture on “Electronic Reputation Management”

The Department of Sociology organized a lecture entitled: "Electronic Reputation Management". It was presented by Dr. Obaid Saleh Al-Mukhtin (Expert of E-Government and Cybercrime).

The lecture included the following topics:

1. Perusal the global statistics online and estimates numbers of the globalization of communications Medias.
2. Identify the concept of institutional communication and the importance of the institutional mission (Previously and currently).
3. Identify the concept of reputation through exercises and practical models.
4. Online case study for international institutions in reputation building and management.

At the end, Dr. Obeid Saleh Al-Mukhtan was honored for his contribution in promoting the relations between academics and field experts. The Head of the Department praised this initiative and its importance in improving students' academic achievement.
