Course List

Graduated from the University of Benghazi, Libya. Obtained a Master in Dental Science degree (M.Dent.Sc) followed by a PhD degree from Trinity College, Dublin Dental University Hospital, Ireland. Obtained a Membership of Faculty of Dentistry (from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (MDSRCSI). Currently works as Assistant Professor in Restorative Dentistry at Ajman University, United Arab Emirates. Worked as part-time clinical supervisor/teacher/tutor at Dublin Dental University Hospital, Ireland. Supervised numerous final year students’ projects. Thought postgraduate master students several topics such as Biocompatibility and mechanical properties, colour perception, Composite resin restoration and Aesthetic Dentistry. Worked as a lecturer in the department of fixed prosthodontics and head of the Department of fixed prosthodontics and a coordinator of dental technology in the University of Benghazi, Libya and a member of the university’s curriculum development committee. Member of the International College of Prosthodontics, USA, Libyan Dental Council, Libya and Irish Dental Council, Ireland. Published in international dental periodicals in the areas of restorative dentistry, dental occlusion, complete denture, and dental ceramics, and oral implantology. Research interests include dental ceramics, dental implants and restorative dentistry.
