Got his PhD in Operations Research from United Kingdom and worked in: Mosul University, Tikrit University, Amman Arabic University, Gulf University College- Ajman, and Ajman University. Achieved the rank of professorship in 1983. Taught undergraduate and postgraduate students Operations Research, Operation management, Business Statistics, and Random Processes. Worked as Dean of Faculty of Management and as President of Mosul and Tikrit Universities. Published four books in Information System, Research methodology, Probability Theory, and Decision Theory. Published 40 research papers and attended more than fifty Global and local conferences. His present field of research work is the use of Data Mining.
