The importance of this problem has been exacerbated by the fact that modern international societies of different degrees of their development have become intertwined with highly complex social, economic, political and cultural transformations, especially after these transformations are linked to the technical development of mass communication methods, which had very serious repercussions and effects, which affected the value systems and social relations Our Arab societies have pictures and shapes that call for stopping by them to study their future effects, Which motivated decision makers and researchers to keep abreast of these changes and research their harmful repercussions and try to influence their causes and direct their results in a way that reduces these harmful effects.
