Abstract This study was prepared to identify the relationship of Twitter trends with the frameworks of tackling and presenting the issue of "the conflict in Libya" in Twitter trending. In this context this research has focused on the impact of the hashtag #We all _ the army, and the hashtag #Against _ Erdogan_ interference in the same manner of the topics which were tackled in the talk shows on Egyptian TV channels, specifically, the “Alhikaya” talk show by the journalist Amr Adib and the “Ala Mas’oliyati” talk show by the journalist Ahmed Musa, and the analysis included from 15 November 2019 to 31 January 2019. The research relied on the survey method and the comparative approach as an auxiliary approach, using the content analysis tool in its two parts, quantitative and qualitative, and the study found several results, the most important of which are: The’Alhikaya’ program was characterized by a higher degree of quantitative interest in addressing the issue of "the conflict in Libya", while the "ala Mas’oliyati" program was different on the qualitative level, highlighting this issue within the first topics of it. The framework of "Egypt's insistence on protecting its national security" is a series of new frameworks in both programs. Finally, the analysis demonstrated the imposition of a relationship between the rates of martyrdom of the hashtag #All of us - the army and the employment of the "military conflict" framework in handling and presenting the events of the conflict in Libya. Keywords: conflict in Libya. Twitter Trends. Talk Show Programs. private channels.
