Ajman University Students Win Interior Design Competition Awards

Ajman University of Science and Technology students have been successful in carrying off two top awards in a series of prestigious interior design competitions organized by the UAE Association of Professional Interior Designers (APID) in conjunction with the International Federation of Interior Designers (IFI). 

Fourteen contestants from various UAE universities participated in the competition to design a private airplane for a businessman, with first prize being won by Ahmad Hamdi from Ajman University. The top award for the topic '2030 Vision for Interior Design,' in which eight universities from the UAE and one from Australia were represented, was won by Ajman University student Israa Mahmoud.

At the congress associated with the competition, awards and certificates of appreciation were given to participants in the presence of Shrikant Nivasarkar, the President of the International Federation of Interior Designers (IFI), and Kenath Laidler, the Association of Professional Interior Designers (APID) in the UAE.
