Ajman University to Cooperate with the American Graduate School in Paris

Dr. Alexis Delabre, Chairman of the Board of the American Graduate School (AGS) in Paris and Professor Ali Fatemi, President of the American Graduate School of Business and Economics have paid a visit to Ajman University of Science and Technology (AUST) to discuss potential areas of joint cooperation between the two institutions.

Welcoming the AGS delegation on the part of AUST were Mr. Thamer Salman, Vice-President for Administrative and Financial Affairs, Dr. Ahmed Ankit, Vice-President for External Relations and Cultural Affairs, and Dr. Mohammed Al Shami, Dean of AUST College of Business Administration. Mr. Salman thanked the delegation for their visit and interest in cooperating with AUST. He added that AUST was eager to establish strong cooperation relationships with internationally recognized universities and higher education institutions in Europe and America.

From his side, Prof. Fatemi said that the American School of Business and Economics is keen on cooperating with Ajman University of Science and Technology through its College of Business Administration in various areas of mutual interest.

The two parties agreed to launch joint professional training courses leading to internationally accredited certificates. Also within the scope of this cooperation is the exchange of students and professors between AUST College of Business Administration and the American Graduate School of Business and Economics.

This partnership will officially kick off next May as part of a joint international business conference to be held at Ajman University of Science and Technology in collaboration between AUST College of Business Administration and the American Graduate School of Business and Economics.
