The College of Business Administration at Ajman University of Science and Technology participated in the inaugural Environment Management and Technology Conference and Exhibition 2011, organized by Expo Center Sharjah.
The conference was attended by a number of experts, global companies, consultants, as well as leading industry players in the domain of environment. The Environment Management and Technology Conference and Exhibition represents a platform to explore the latest technologies and products and find the best practices to successfully manage human-generated waste in a cost-effective and environmental-friendly manner in the Middle East and the GCC countries in particular.
Dr. Mohammed Alshami, Dean of AUST College of Business Administration, addressed the conference and talked about the role of environment management and its importance to the national economy. He also stressed the role of governments and businesses in energy management and its effects on economic development. Dr Alshami presented several practical cases of energy management.
