Course Impart Vital Negotiation Skills

Career Counselling Centre at Ajman University organized “negotiation Skills” course for graduates and graduating students. Dr. Shireen Mousa, faculty member at the College of Information, Mass Communication and Humanities, delivered the course.

The course aimed at improving the attendees’ knowledge about the concept of negotiation and its various elements that constitute its nature. Dr. Shireen introduced the different stages of negotiation and strategies that enable a person to handle the negotiation more aptly.

The attendees were particularly interested in the ways a person can handle negotiations using the various elements and putting to use the skills acquired through this course.

These courses are an ideal platform for exchange of knowledge and enhancing the skills of the graduates. Ajman University regularly organizes such courses to benefit the graduating students and those who are already holding positions in their respective jobs.
