AU Student Housing Club Distributes Food Packs

On the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan, and in line with the “Year of Giving” initiative undertaken across the United Arab Emirates; the Student Housing Club at the Students Affairs Department launched an initiative “El Meer Al Ramadani”. The group of students from the housing club distributed the food packs to AU facility staff. The distributions included a basket containing basic grocery items to help them in preparing Ramadan meals.

The goal was to spread happiness and provide assistance to families with low incomes, in addition to strengthening social ties and consolidating the principle of social solidarity and values ​​of good in society.
