In the fourth stage of clinical training, students take on greater responsibility in managing complex orthodontic cases. Emphasis is placed on integrating clinical findings with patient goals, biomechanical principles, and evidence-based practices to guide treatment decisions. Students are expected to demonstrate ethical reasoning in clinical scenarios, prepare for case finishing and debonding with a focus on long-term stability, and begin mentoring junior peers in clinical settings, fostering leadership and collaboration.
