This is the final course in the thesis component of the Master of Clinical Dentistry in Prosthodontics (MClinDent – Prosthodontics) program. In this phase, students are required to complete and submit their final research thesis, adhering to established scientific and ethical standards of academic writing.
The thesis must comprehensively document the research process, including the literature review, problem statement, methodology, results, discussion, conclusions, and references. Upon submission, students will participate in a formal oral defense, presenting and justifying their research to an academic committee.
This course is designed to consolidate essential graduate-level competencies, including the ability to conduct research, critically analyze data, communicate findings effectively in both written and oral formats, and demonstrate professionalism and ethical responsibility in academic work. These competencies reflect the advanced knowledge, skills, responsibilities, and professional attitudes required of a clinical prosthodontic specialist.
