The course aims to expose students to the dynamic changes and challenges faced by many companies competing in today’s global market. The course will give students an in-depth understanding of important contemporary issues in various areas of management, both in terms of theory and practice. Different selected topics in management will be covered in detail such as: performance management; compensation management; human resource development; leadership in organization; risk management in organization; management of change and organization innovation, entrepreneurship and electronic governance.
