This course is designed to acquaint students of Business Administration with the economics of managerial decision making, with special attention to the criteria for rational decision making in private business, not-for-profit institutions, and public agencies. This course emphasizes the application of economic theory and tools of decision science to examine how an organization can achieve its objectives most efficiently. It is an application of economic theory and analysis to managerial decision-making process.
