Course Description
In this course, the students will understand the process of Managing organizational transitions in digital technologies which involve the implementation of change through systematic planning, organizing, and implementation of change and Organizational transitions to reach the desired future state without affecting the employees, who have to embrace a new situation and carry out the corresponding change.
