The College of Business Administration Celebrates Successful DBA Dissertation Completions for the Academic Year 2025–2026

The College of Business Administration at Ajman University is pleased to announce the successful completion of three Doctor of Business Administration dissertations during this academic year of 2025–2026. 

- Heba Amer Alkhoja completed her dissertation on understanding customers’ attitudes and intentions to use AI-generated advertisements for online shopping. The dissertation was examined by Dr. Muhammad Zia Ul Haq as Internal Examiner and Prof. Wantao Yu as External Examiner, and supervised by Prof. Ming Cao and Prof. Chris Enyinda.

- Maktoum Rashed Obaid Alkaabi completed his dissertation on cybersecurity and knowledge sharing in the government sector in the UAE. The dissertation was examined by Prof. Gyanendra Sisodia as Internal Examiner and Prof. Nasser Fathi Hassan Easa as External Examiner, and supervised by Prof. Krishna Venkitachalam and Dr. Katariina Juusola.

- Wafa Mohammed Ebrahim Al Mazrouei completed her dissertation on the dynamics of sustainable value creation in the UAE’s parcel delivery market. The dissertation was examined by Dr. Mohamed Jasim Mohiedeen as Internal Examiner and Prof. Maria Battarra as External Examiner, and supervised by Prof. Emrah Demir and Prof. Tamer Elshandidy.

These dissertations reflect the breadth of research supported by the DBA program, covering sustainability, cybersecurity, knowledge sharing, artificial intelligence, digital marketing, and consumer behaviour. Together, they show the program’s focus on applied research that addresses current business challenges and supports informed decision-making in practice.
