Course Description

The Urban Design Studio is a course that equips students with the skills and knowledge necessary to analyze and design urban environments. Students will learn to evaluate and assess the existing urban context, design public spaces, organize spatial elements, and formulate graphic and written urban development proposals. Through lectures, case studies, and design projects, students will develop a comprehensive understanding of urban design, enabling them to create innovative, sustainable, and responsive urban designs. The course emphasizes the importance of promoting livability, sustainability, and community in urban environments, and prepares students for professional work in urban design.
