This course aims to introduce students to 2D Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) process and its application for interior design projects, and the technical skills needed to document an interior design project. That through Providing the students with the knowledge to independently use AutoCAD for interior design projects, through complete hands-on training, and giving them an opportunity to develop computer skills in their interior design projects. They will use and apply manipulate CADD software, enabling them to make drafting and presentation of their projects. After taking this course, students should be able to use this tool in their respective interior design, construction drawing, model building and furniture courses and studios.
