Gamal El Sayed Ali El Samanoudy

Prof. Elsamanoudy received his Ph.D. degree in Interior Architecture with a specialization in Museum & Exhibition Design from Ecole d’ Architecture de Versailles, France & University of Helwan, Egypt in 2000, and his MS degree in Islamic Interiors from the University of Helwan, Egypt in 1993. Before that, he got BFA in Interior Architecture from the Helwan University, Egypt, College of Fine Art in 1983. He has experience of more than 40 years of teaching at Egypt, Jordan, and UAE Universities research, and interior design project applications. Prof. ELsamanoudy is the author of several publications in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals and conferences. Prof. Elsamanoudy was selected as APID's Ambassador in May 2018 to prepare for the biannual IFI Congress Dubai 2020 hosted by APID. he is a member of many professional institution’s ex-ICOM, and journal editing boards and serves in evaluating, peer reviewing, and judging in specialized competitions, ex. Journal for the Interdisciplinary Art and Education (JIAE).
