Service Marketing Workshop

Department of Marketing arranged a Service Marketing workshop on November 6^th. Mr. Vijayan, service manager at Juma Al Majid Est. was invited to share his service marketing experience.  Mr. Vijayan has worked as Service Manager in association with global brands like Philips, Samsung, General  Electric. Students had good understanding how customer service is practically managed in the real market environment.
