CBA Excellence Awards 2026 Celebrate Outstanding Faculty, Staff, and Alumni Achievements
The College of Business Administration at Ajman University held the CBA Excellence Awards 2026 on June 11, 2026, recognizing the outstanding achievements and exceptional contributions of its faculty, staff, and distinguished alumni in support of the college’s continued success and growth.
During the event, Dean Prof. Gerard Prendergast expressed his appreciation to all members of the CBA community for their dedication and commitment throughout the academic year. He highlighted the importance of collaboration, innovation, and commitment to student success in advancing the CBA’s mission and fostering a culture of excellence across the college, through applied teaching pedagogies, impactful research, and strong engagement with alumni and the wider community.
Prof. Gerard then presented the awards, recognizing the recipients' contributions and impact on the college, followed by a luncheon that provided an opportunity for faculty, staff and alumni to connect and celebrate together.
The 2026 honorees are:

Faculty Excellence in Research Award – Prof. Tamer Elshandidy
Faculty Excellence in Service Award – Prof. Ibrahim Elsiddig & Dr. Maher Itani
Instructor Excellence Award – Mr. Fares Alhomsi
Adjunct Faculty Excellence Award – Dr. Syed Aftab
Administrative Excellence Award – Mr. Abdalghani Abdallah
