College of Mass Communication Develops the students' skills to Validate News and Visual Materials

With the vast usage communication and information technology around the world, the process of circulating news and visual materials was affected, as it becomes faster among the users, hence, the training committee in the College of Mass Communication organized a workshop entitled "How to check the Validation of News and Visual Materials", presented by Dr. Maha Abdel-Meged "Associate Professor of Printed and Electronic Journalism". During the workshop, she elaborates on many cases that witness a  misuse of news and visual materials in many contexts with the explanation of the methods and techniques to ascertain its validity before sharing.
