In an era of rapid technological transformation and the integration of Artificial Intelligence into the fields of communication and public relations, the Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO), an affiliate of the League of Arab States, organized the 8th Arab Conference for Communication and Public Relations, which was attended by students of the Master of Digital Media program at the College of Mass Communication, as part of the college's efforts to enhance the practical aspect and integrate its students into major scientific and professional forums.
Within the conference activities, Dr. Dina El-Khattat, Associate Professor at the College of Mass Communication, participated as a keynote speaker in a specialized session on "Communication and Public Relations in Light of Artificial Intelligence: Opportunities and Challenges," where she reviewed the radical shifts imposed by AI technologies on the structure of institutional communication.
The participation of Digital Media Master's students in this conference comes as part of the educational vision adopted by the university to brief its students on the latest global practices in the field of digital public relations and engage directly with experts and decision-makers from various Arab countries. The students expressed their benefit from the attendance, which contributed to linking their studies with the practical and professional reality. At the conclusion of the participation, Dr. Dina El-Khattat was honored for her research participation in the conference activities.
