The College of Mass Communication Engages Students and Alumni in the International Government Communication Forum to Enhance Their Job Market Readiness

The College of Mass Communication at Ajman University organized a field visit for its students and alumni to the IGCF forum, held at Expo Center Sharjah. The forum is a pivotal annual professional event, organized by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau since 2012.

The College of Mass Communication is committed to engaging its students and alumni in this significant professional event, which aims to enhance their skills, prepare them for the job market, and provide them with practical experience. This engagement provides attendees with exposure to the best local and global practices and experiences in the field of government communication. Furthermore, the visit allowed students and alumni to benefit from attending interactive workshops, discussions, and dialogue sessions held during the Forum.

The visit was coordinated and supervised by Dr. Dina Elkhattat, the College’s Training and Alumni Coordinator, and Associate Professor at the College. The visit was also supervised by Prof. Shaimaa Salem, Professor at the College, and Dr. Amal Badr, Associate Professor at the College. With the attendance of a large number of students and alumni from both the Bachelor's and Master's programs at the College.
