Abdallah Adel Damen Alzoubi

Abdallah Adel Alzoubi (M.D., Ph.D.) is an Associate Professor of Clinical Pharmacology and the current Acting Dean of the College of Medicine, Ajman University, UAE. He holds a Ph.D. in Clinical Pharmacology from the University of South Alabama and an M.D. from the Jordan University of Science and Technology. With a strong background in medical practice, academia, and administration, Dr. Alzoubi has held various administrative positions, including the Founding Chair of the Department of Pathological Sciences at Ajman University, Chairperson of the Department of Pharmacology and Associate Dean at the Faculty of Medicine, Jordan University of Science and Technology. He has also chaired/served on numerous committees related to curriculum development, quality assurance, international accreditation, faculty promotion, and research. His current research interests include the design and implementation of clinical studies (observational and interventional) exploring new and improved management approaches to prevalent health issues in the MENA region. He has received several honors and awards for his research and has presented his work at various international conferences, including the Annual American Thoracic Society International Conference and the International Conference on Pulmonary Circulation. Dr. Alzoubi has been recently promoted to the status of "Global Burden of Disease (GBD) Senior Collaborator” as a testament to his dedicated contribution in co-authoring several GBD publications. He has also been independently verified and ranked among the World’s Top 5% Scientists in the 2025 SciRank Global Registry.
