University of Alberta, Canada

“During my month at the University of Alberta, I had the opportunity to observe advanced interventional radiology procedures, including brain imaging and stenting, which gave me valuable insight into a new aspect of medicine. The radiology team was welcoming and supportive, making the experience highly enriching. I also spent two weeks in a wet lab, where I gained hands-on experience studying the progression of atherosclerosis in mice, both in vivo and in vitro.
