Empowering Future Nurses: Nursing Department Hosts ECG Workshop with Clinical Industry Expert

As part of the Adult Health Nursing course for our third-year Nursing students, the Nursing Department at the College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Ajman University, invited Mr. Moayad Wishah, RN, MLHPE, CHSOS, as a guest speaker from the clinical industry on Friday, November 28th. The session was organized under the leadership of Dr. Deema Mahasneh, Head of the Nursing Department, with the continuous support of Prof. Abeer AlGhananeem, Dean of COPHS.

There was strong engagement and support from the Nursing Faculty, who played an active role in facilitating the session and ensuring that students maximized their learning experience throughout the workshop. Mr. Moayad delivered an engaging session that strengthened students’ foundational skills in ECG interpretation—an essential competency in Adult Health Nursing. The active participation of our third-year students reflected their dedication to advancing their clinical knowledge and readiness for professional practice.
