Ajman University Launches a Dental Health Campaign

The Department of Community Service of Ajman University of Science and Technology launched recently a dental care campaign for the benefit of the National School of Ajman.

The campaign was staffed by students Safae Ghadiri, Fayza Gholam from the College of Engineering, Mrs. Noor Shaghouri from the Community Service Department, and Drs. Doha Zahir and Tasnim Zahir from the College of Dentistry.

The campaign comprised a number of activities including an awareness video on how to prevent dental caries and maintain good and healthy teeth and month, as well as a demonstration on how to properly brush one’s teeth. A large number of children underwent dental checkups and were provided with giveaway toothbrushes and toothpastes.
