Third Student Conference at AUST

The College of Information, Mass Communication and Humanities at Ajman University of Science & Technology organized recently the 3rd annual student conference. This event is designed to strengthen the bond of communication between the college’s students and their deanship and faculty.

Students’ thoughts and opinions are a vital element for any college or university to help them achieve performance satisfaction. Therefore by meeting with its students and listening to their proposals, AUST College of Information. Mass Communication and Humanities will be better positioned to assess the educational process and achieve optimum excellence.

Dr. Khalid Al Khaja, Dean of the College, stated that this meeting is to cultivate closeness and understanding between the college’s students and faculty. It also helps break the psychological barrier between them. The dean stressed on the keenness of his college to honor students who were able to distinguish themselves through their achievements, conduct, and activities.

Dr. Khaja seized the opportunity to thank all college students who actively participated in and positively impacted the activities of the college. He also extended his appreciation to the college faculty for their support and encouragement.

During the 3rd Student Council, AUST College of Information, Mass Communication and Humanities honored outstanding students in all the majors offered by its departments: journalism, public relations and advertising, radio and television, graphic design, and sociology.
