Workshop on Innovative Thinking held at Ajman University

Career Counseling Center in association with the College of Information, Mass Communication and Humanities organized a workshop on “Innovative Thinking” as part of a series of training programs addressing Ajman University graduates. This year being the year of innovation and currently the innovation week is being celebrated across the United Arab Emirates, this workshop is at an opportune time to encourage innovation and creativity amongst students.

 The workshop was attended by more than 50 graduating students who are about to embark on their career journeys after graduating. The workshop highlighted the key elements of positive thinking while identifying the obstacles that impede creative thinking. The participants were given all information about the innovative and creative thinking and were encouraged to develop their abilities for

Dr. Safa Othman, Associate Professor, College of Information, Mass Communication and Humanities; demonstrated a number of practical applications to the concepts she presented during the workshop, the trainer encouraged students to explore how it connects to their academic and professional life, thus, allowing them to develop both by benefiting from the advices and experiences of the ones who stood out through their accomplishments.
