The College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences at Ajman University participated in the Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi Pharmacy Conference, highlighting its commitment to advancing pharmacy education and strengthening academic–practice collaboration. Professor Abeer AlGhananeem, Dean of the College, represented the institution and joined the panel titled “Strengthening Collaboration Between Academia and Pharmacy Practice in the UAE.”
Professor AlGhananeem showcased key initiatives that support the College’s mission to develop practice-ready, future-focused healthcare professionals. These include enhanced experiential training, interprofessional education, integration of Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs), innovative practice-based courses, mixed-reality and metaverse applications, and expanded simulation-based learning.
These efforts reinforce the College’s dedication to student development, academic excellence, and impactful partnerships that contribute to improving healthcare outcomes in the UAE.
