COPHS Enhances Advanced Clinical Competence with TruCorp ACLS Simulation Training Session

Ajman, UAE, October 1, 2026: Ajman University’s College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences (COPHS) organized a high-fidelity TruCorp Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) simulation training session. The program was designed to elevate student clinical readiness and advanced life-saving capabilities, reinforcing their preparedness for professional practice.

The session focused on training participants to manage acute cardiovascular emergencies efficiently. Organized by the Nursing Department, the training session provided students with interactive, hands-on scenarios using specialized medical simulation technology. Faculty members Dr. Omar Smadi, and Dr. Hosny Maher coordinated the initiative.

This high-fidelity simulation enabled students to significantly strengthen their professional confidence, critical decision-making abilities, and vital technical competencies. By working through demanding medical emergencies in a controlled setting, participants developed essential skills in team dynamics and communication, bridging the gap between theoretical classroom knowledge and real-world clinical practice.
