I received my Ph.D. degree in May 2009 from the School of Information Technologies at The University of Sydney, Australia. I am currently working as an Associate Professor at the College of Engineering and Information Technology at Ajman University, UAE. In 2015, I joined the Department of Computer Science, King Hussein School of Computing Sciences at Princess Sumaya University for Technology (PSUT). In addition, I worked as the chair of the computer science department at PSUT from 2017-2019. My research interests include Data Mining and machine learning, big data, and data science.
