This course focuses on multiple theoretical frameworks regarding psychotherapy, introduce students to the key philosophical, psychodynamic, practical and theoretical approaches which guide current practice. Students will explore the stages of psychotherapy (initial, intermediate, and advanced) and evaluate the therapeutic approaches used at each stage. The course covers a range of intervention methods, such as psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, and art therapy, among others. In addition to theoretical knowledge, students will have opportunities for practical application through visits to institutions providing psychotherapeutic services especially in relation to technology and sustainability in the psychotherapy settings.
