Course Description

This course aims to teach students how to prepare an integrated scientific research. The course deals with the basic concepts in scientific research and its importance and educational applications. Initially, it introduces the students to the research plan and its importance, elements and design, the title of the research, its introduction, problem, hypotheses, importance, objectives, determinants and terminology, the theoretical framework and previous studies. Then, it explores the methodology of the study, its community and sample, data collection tools and their psychometric properties, data analysis in scientific research, experimental research designs, information collection and documentation. Finally, it discusses the research results, analysis, discussion and writing recommendations.
