As part of its commitment to supporting academic programs and enhancing the applied knowledge of graduate students, a scientific lecture was delivered to students of the Master of Education in Innovative Teaching and Learning program – Special and Inclusive Education course, at the College of Humanities and Sciences.
The lecture, titled:
“Concepts and Applications of Psychometric Assessment and Positive Psychology for Individuals with Special Needs and Their Families,”
was presented by Prof. Marei Ahmed on Saturday, November 29, 2025.
The lecture highlighted the importance of integrating psychometric assessment and positive psychology, and their role in understanding the needs of individuals with disabilities and providing effective psychological and educational support for them and their families, thereby enhancing quality of life and educational and social inclusion. The session also witnessed notable student engagement through scientific discussions and practical questions related to the field.
