Introductory Lecture for Master’s Students in Psychology on Using Ajman University Library and Global Databases

As part of the Department of Psychology’s commitment at the College of Humanities and Sciences to empower graduate students to make optimal use of academic knowledge resources, the department hosted Mr. Abdullah Al Taher, Director of Ajman University Library, in an informative session with students from the Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology program.

Mr. Al Taher delivered a comprehensive presentation highlighting the most important books and references in the field of psychology available in the university library. He also explained how to make use of the library’s digital services and facilities, including methods for accessing international academic databases subscribed to by the university, which allow students to reach the latest research papers and specialized scholarly articles.

The session witnessed strong interaction from the students, who expressed their gratitude to the library administration and the department for organizing this informative lecture, noting that it has greatly helped them complete their academic and research assignments efficiently.

This initiative comes as part of Ajman University’s continuous efforts to enhance students’ research skills and equip them with the tools necessary for academic excellence and research innovation.
