Course Description
The course aims to provide student teachers with the knowledge, experience, and skills in relation to classroom and school management theory and practice to enable them to become successful teachers. To achieve this, the course addresses the following topics: First: School administration issues (the concept, tasks, patterns, strategies, competencies and skills, standards and indicators, problems, challenges, suggestions (Second: Classroom management topics (concept, importance, principles, strategies, competencies and skills, standards and indicators, problems, challenges, suggestions). The course will also focus on the Emirati school model in terms of theory and application with reference to the school and classroom while identifying their role in achieving the long-term roles of the higher educational institution in the United Arab Emirates.
