Course Description
This seminar-based course focuses on contemporary approaches to mental health and psychotherapy, offering students the opportunity to engage with cutting-edge therapeutic models and evidence-based practices. The course will cover topics such as therapeutic interventions for various mental health disorders, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, and humanistic therapies, as well as emerging trends in mental health care. Students will be encouraged to critically analyze theoretical frameworks and clinical practices, engaging in discussions and case studies to apply their learning. Additionally, students will engage with sustainability concepts by evaluating environmentally friendly practices in therapy spaces and mental health services.
