Course Description
This course explores the concept of law, its general purpose, its importance for the society, the development of social legislations, their objectives, their means of implementation, the religious bylaws, legislations, and laws, their development, in terms of society, throughout times, their role in the contemporary society, the relation between social legislations and social work, the religious, social, and cultural principles on which social legislations are based upon. In addition to the aforementioned, this course explains samples of social legislations applied in various fields, and explores their contribution to providing social care and protection. It also explores the social care legislations and laws in force in the United Arab Emirates.
