Course Description
This course introduces the management principles in social institutions, management of social organizations, and government and non-government organizations operating in the field of social work. It also covers leadership and communication in social institutions, and management functions in social institutions. In addition, the course addresses information management as one of the modern trends in the management of social institutions, total quality management, and crisis management in social institutions. It also addresses limitations to local planning and provides case studies in the area of management of social institutions in the face of a changing environment.
