Flag Day Celebrations

The Department of Sociology at Ajman University, in cooperation with the Department of Municipality and Planning and the Department of Agriculture and Parks in Ajman, participated in the Flag Day celebrations on November 3, 2023. The celebration was organized by Dr. Najwa Yousef, the Instructor of the Community Service course.

18 Sociology students attended the celebration in addition to many children accompanied their families in both the Flag Park at Al Jurf and Al Hikma Ladies Park in Ajman. The celebration included workshops and activities for children.

This activity aimed to strengthen national identity among attendees on the country’s Flag Day.
