An AI Journey Through Expressionism

Insaf Chahdoura  enriched her Introduction to Arts class  with adopting an AI tool to teach students how to create art work using technology. The outcome of student production through AI resulted in creating an online art exhibition with students work Expressionism using AI (Art & Psychology) This online exhibition is new idea to display AU student’s art works in an innovative way using AI. Where expressionism art by definition: is the expression of subjective emotions, inner experiences and spiritual themes, as opposed to realistic depictions of people or nature. Students were invited to express their self through writing prompts that reflects their own thoughts, aspirations, feelings, dreams, inner reflection and believes. Students were descriptive in using elements and principles of Art: colors, contrasts, emphasis… etc. Students studying introduction to arts ART11 achieved great results with high aesthetics output.
